MUMBAI: In between all the controversies and court cases, there is something more to rejoice and celebrate for rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh who has become the first individual in the entertainment and music segment from India to cross 100,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.

The channel includes most of his music videos, live performances and concert videos.

Rapper says, “YouTube has played a very important role in ensuring the music I create reach global audience and helps in collecting quick feedback from the music lovers worldwide. I try to go through all the comments which my fans post on my channel and that is what motivates me to work even better for next releases.”

Few months back, Singh's video Brown Rang was also declared the top trending video by YouTube India for the year 2012.

Singh further adds, “Recently one of the viewer named DabanggKalra commented on one of my videos in my RAP style "Main teregeet da pyaasa, Tere YouTube channel chmeriyaanaaasaa, Kadon hone ne upload, Honey Singh Rap banaadeyaar" The credit for the various benchmarks on YouTube and other digital platforms goes out to all such fans of mine who keep me going.”

The rapper has been accused od singing vulgar lyrics and has been facing strict actiions from Punjab and Haryana Court.
