Panasonic launches Eluga Switch with reversible display

MUMBAI: Japanese company, Panasonic, launched Eluga Switch. Even if the user holds the phone upside down, he or she will be able to attend calls. Eluga Switch will be available for sale on Amazon.com.

The gadget dons a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution with Asahi Dragon Trail Glass. The smartphone also has Oleophobic coating, to make it scratch free. The gadget has 1.5GHz octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 and comes with an internal storage of 32GB. The RAM of the gadget is 2GB, though the memory is not expandable. The gadget runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

It also has a 13- megapixel rear camera with LED flash and the front camera is of 8-megapixels. The phone supports 3G, USB OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Android Beam, NFC and 4G LTE. The gadget is powered by 2910mAh battery.

Apart from the reversible screen, the company has also powered by JBL speaker with Hi-Fi Sound and 3D audio and also packs the JBL headsets too.

The gadget is available in gun metal grey colour variant and is priced at 19,990. Eluga Switch weighs 141 grams.
