MUMBAI: Who knew that singer Neha Bhasin's Italy vacation was her destination wedding spot!

The last time we at Radioandmusic.com spoke to Bhasin she told us, that she would be taking a short break from work post her Punjabi folk single 'Laung Gawacha'. But, she very cautiously kept her wedding plans under wraps.

However, yesterday she dropped a hit on her Instagram profile for her fans. She posted -- 'Happy Diwali from Italy. I have some big news to share with my fans tomorrow ;)' (sic) -- and then came the big news of her having tied the knot with music composer Sameer Uddin in Tuscany, Italy on 23 October 2016.

Now, that is some news.

The songstress also shared some beautiful pictures along with her wedding details, that seem to have popped out of a fairytale.

"I have known Sameer since we were teenagers, but we never really connected back then. Music brought us together four years back and our friendship was effortless," Bhasin told IANS.

The report further stated that Bhasin met Uddin during the recording of the romantic single ‘Tera Mera’, composed by Uddin.

Bhasin, who was also a part of the band VIVA, says Uddin is very supportive "of my work and more so of who I am as a person. We dated and now are blessed to have each other in our lives."

"I am excited about my next release, after the wedding. So, there is no break from work," added the 33-year-old singer.
