MUMBAI: Dhruv Ghanekar, one of those behind the path-breaking blueFROG (Mumbai), is making waves with his tunes across the country over a decade now. As the Mumbai-based ace musician shared a picture with Times Now former Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami yesterday, the nation wanted to know what 'BIG' is brewing between them.
According to our very reliable source, “As you may have heard Arnab Goswami is launching a new global news channel called Republic TV, Ghanekar is composing and producing music for it. He is also composing for Arnab’s news show.”
“The channel will launch sometime in April,” added the source.
Ghanekar being the music producer and composer for Arnab's upcoming channel Republic TV shared the photo that read: “Brewing something BIG with this man! #republictv #arnabgoswami”.
Well, that is indeed something big!
Former Editor-in-Chief at Times Now, Goswami’s news hour witnessed high-charged debates on various issues of national importance. During the announced of his new venture ‘Republic’, Goswami expressed firm belief in the co-existence of television and digital. Meanwhile, speaking on day two of FICCI Frames, according to him, TV, and digital are collaborators, not competitors.
The digital platform Republic World and television news channel Republic TV will be launched together somewhere in April 2017.
There is no formal announcement from the channel’s end yet; however, we can expect an official announcement in about a week!
