MUMBAI: Ed Sheeran’s much-awaited Divide album Asia Tour has kicked off with his exhilarating performance recently in Singapore. Even though his widely covered injury led to select show cancellations, he is now only two cities away from performing in Mumbai on 19 November  2017 at Jio Gardens, BKC.  

Here we bring you a list of what you can expect from the Ed Sheeran concert - 

Fast-rising pop artist Ari Staprans Leff who goes by the stage name Lauv will be the opening act of the event. He has been accompanying Ed Sheeran on his Asia tour.

More than 10,000 fans are expected.

He will perform some of his greatest hits including Shape of You, Galway Girl, Photograph, and Thinking Out Loud. Watch out for that acoustic set.

He takes pictures of fans every night from the stage, so make sure to smile.

He likes to have his audience croon along with him, so fans may just be his backup singer on a few songs.

He said at his concert at London’s O2 Arena that his "goal is for you to leave this gig with no voice." And fans must be ready to lose their voice.

With cutting-edge stage production and elements of high-tech visuals and lighting, the city will be reverberating with energy when a humble Ed takes the stage with his guitar. If you're looking for massive production with background dancers, then you've got the wrong show. It's just Ed, his guitar, a couple of microphones and his trusty loop pedal system. He may throw in some throwback song covers.
