MUMBAI : Los Angeles-based Sons of Silver plans to release a new song and video in late January 2024, the first taste from their upcoming new album slated for release in the spring. For the new music, they enlisted the help of multi-platinum producer/mixer/engineer Tim Palmer (Robert Plant, David Bowie, Ozzy Osbourne, U2).
Tim Palmer shares, “Sons of Silver epitomize the essence of classic alternative rock. Their music is fueled with both power and raw emotion, and on top of that they've managed to write some genuinely profound lyrics. I really enjoyed collaborating on their new album. In an era where few artists dedicate themselves to refining their sound, ‘Sons’ stand out as an exception. Their album is a treasure trove of well-crafted memorable songs”.
They were deemed by American Songwriter as a “Super Group”. The band’s line-up is vocalist and guitarist Peter Argyropoulos (PeteRG,) keyboardist Brina Kabler, guitarist Kevin Haaland (Skillet,) bassist Adam Kury (Candlebox,) and drummer Marc Slutsky who has toured and/or recorded with Third Eye Blind, Goo Goo Dolls, Peter Murphy, and Todd Rundgren to name a few.
Since their inception, they have garnered three spots on the Billboard Active Rock Chart, and their songs have collectively accumulated over nine million views and streams. Watch the videos
