Bose unveils multimedia speaker system 'Companion 20'

MUMBAI: Bose has launched a multimedia speaker system Companion 20' with proprietary electronics and amplification for sound clarity.

The Companion 20 system deliver arena output without the need of separate subwoofer with enclosures of 3.5... wide and 4.375... deep. The perceived soundstage is wide and spacious due to speaker's narrow placement and TrueSpace' stereo digital signal processing with electronic equalization expands the acoustic image.

The speaker offers headphone jack and input for an additional audio connectivity like iPhone, iPod or other portable device.

Bose Corporation India Private Limited director Ratish Pandey said, Millions of consumers have computers in the home today, and they're used for both work and play. The Companion 20 system is sleek and unobtrusive, but its size doesn't compromise the audio quality or power it delivers. It's ideal for anyone whose computer is the go-to device in the house -- for listening to their favorite music from the music sites, or enjoying their games, videos or iTunes playlist....

The Companion 20 multimedia speaker system is priced at Rs 14,513.
