RagaDub music fest returns with the fourth edition

MUMBAI: After a phenomenal response to the last three editions the RagaDub music festival is back with its fourth edition. The three-day long RagaDub 2016 promises to be a musical extravaganza. Thus, gear up to immerse yourself in feet tapping beats at Raasta, Hauz Khas, Delhi from 22- 24 September 2016.

Previous editions of the music festival hosted some of the biggest names from the local music sorority; RagaDub 4.0 only pushes the envelope further by laying emphasis on bass lines, groove and rhythm playing to a business offering of global music.

Raasta started its own music festival RagaDub to express gratitude to the city for all the support. Thus, it will be treating everyone to a line-up of music that brings together everything that Raasta is about. In association with Vh1, to celebrate the success of four wonderful years of operations and a common love for music Raasta have designated three days to RagaDub 4.0.

The yearly musical fest of Raasta is going to witness the wonders of an amazing lineup of artists like Arjun Vagale, Kohra, Sound Avtar, DJ Sa, Naezy, MC Kaur, and The Forgotten Cure this year. Arjun Vagale is the pioneer of electronic music in India and is world renowned for being a cutting edge music producer. Whereas, Kohra has already become the first Indian to have hit the top 10 charts on global industry standards such as Beatport.

Also, there will be two battles for the finale on day three. Sound Avtar, who is famous for dropping the bass real hard and DJ Sa, who is voted as ‘India's Best Hip Hop DJ’ and eminent for his trap and hip hop music will bring alive the power of music. Second battle will be involving Naezy, the Urdu rapper from Bombay and Prabh, the Punjabi rapper from Delhi who both are sure to make you thump to their words. Lastly, MC Kaur will be there to put a match to your soul.

Get ready to be bowled over by some of the craziest musicians from all around the country over these three days of madness along with some ‘Rastafarian’ culture. Take a sip, tap your feet and see what Raasta has to offer you as a treat!
