MUMBAI: After garnering a positive feedback post its launch, the Hungama music app is now aiming to give its users the best of bollywood music content.

It has now emerged as the only app to have the much awaited movie Aashiqui 2’s music. The app will exclusively provide the soundtrack to its users across all devices. Hungama has already begun to garner a good result for the same, as the song ‘Tum Hi Ho’ from the movie posted 5000 likes in a span of four days since it was made available on the app.

Apart from that, the app is also the only one to have attained the music of the film ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’. The song ‘Badtameez Dil’ was another track that garnered 200 likes in a span of two hours on the music application.

While bollywood seems to be working wonders for the app, Hungama has also curated a special festive playlist to celebrate the occasion of Gudi Padwa on 11 April. The special playlist comprises of handpicked Marathi tracks, and is titled ‘Nav Varshacha Shri Ganesh’ on the application.

The app had recently attained the status of becoming one of the most downloaded apps since its launch. It became number four on the top grossing apps in the apple app store. Consumers had also rated the Hungama music app and given it a 4.5 star rating on the app store. The android version of the app is also trending worldwide with a 4.2 star rating.
