MUMBAI: The internal shifts have been going on at MY FM for a few months now. It all began with former MY FM CEO Harrish Bhatia being elevated as the President of DB Group print media. This was not the only shift as Rahul Namjoshi, was next elevated as the Business Head of MY FM. Now the brand has a new announcement to make.

Vinay Manek has been brought on board as National Programming Head. He will be based out of Noida office and he will report to Rahul Namjoshi. Manek has over 22 years of work experience, 18 of which is in radio.

Enthusiastic about his new role, Manek who officially joined the firm last week said, "It is definitely exciting to join MY FM, which is one of the top radio channels in Tier II and Tier III cities in the country. As the National Programming Head, I look forward to a very productive and successful future at MY FM.”

Namjoshi said, "Vinay has an illustrious career and has worked across various national radio networks, his vast knowledge and experience will help amplify the Achcha Sunte Hai experience through innovative and path-breaking content on-air. We aim to push the envelope further with his induction to the team."

Viplove Gupte was earlier the National Programming Head of MY FM. There is no clarity on Gupte's move yet. Stay tuned for more information.
