MUMBAI: Javed Ali has sung numerous songs like 'Jashn-E- Ishqa', 'Jashn-E-Bahara' and 'Ishaqzaade', making him one of the most popular singers in Bollywood. But now the, 'Galat Baat Hai' singer will present a medley of Dilip Kumar's hits on the occasion of the legendary actor's biography launch.

Speaking to Radioandmusic.com about the same, Ali said, "My family and I have always been ardent fans of Dilip Sahab and it is obviously overwhelming to perform in front of people like Lata Didi, Shaan, Amitabh Bachchan and many others. His songs have always strummed the right chords and every song had a soul. For instance, even if you are in a bad mood and you listen to these songs, you seem to feel better again."

The singing sensation was approached by the actor's wife- Saira Banu to perform at the event.

Ali will team up with 'Chand Sifarish' singer, Shaan and within the space of 10 minutes, will sing seven to eight songs. "We shall be singing the 'mukhdas' of the songs. I do not have the complete list of the songs, but as of now some of the track I will be singing are 'Madhuban Mein Radhika', 'Har Karam Apna Karenge', 'Haatho Ki Chand Lakeero Ka' and a few more," he said.
