Radio Mirchi Bangalore hosts a `Fresher`s Party`

BANGALORE: Radio FM stations are trying to make the best of the new academic year in colleges by organising Freshers` Party for students.Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM Bangalore in association with Hutch and Flying Machine will organize a freshers party at Baldwin Boys School grounds.The Freshers party will constitute impromptu competitions and games like `Rapid Fire`, `Mirchi Mimic` and `Tongue Twisters` in the college campus till 10 August. Students attending the party will vote for the `most fashionable fresher` who stands a chance to win the `Flying Machine of the college` title.

It will also include a hunt for Mr and Ms Fresher. The participants would be put through a round of questioning and then made to go for the `Unique Fresher`s Walkathon`.

Based on a public poll, four winners (two girls and two guys) would be chosen for the Inter college fresher Hunt. The grand finale of the Mirchi Mr and Ms Fresher Bangalore 2007 would be on 11 August at Baldwin school.The college freshers party will have a live-performance by DJ Hussain and rock band `Wild Orchid`. To be a part of the final bash, students can collect passes from specially branded Mirchi vans moving around the city, Hutch Shops and Flying machine outlets.
