MUMBAI: Give me blood and I shall give you freedom... - is how the great revolutionary Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose motivated the youth during the turbulent times of India during The British Regime  Remembering and honoring Netaji on his birth anniversary, NINE on 91.9 FM organized a voluntary blood donation camp in Siliguri.

NINE FM represents the youth and since Netaji was and still is such an inspiration to most young Indians, we chose his birth anniversary to follow the path of our leader by donating blood,... said Mr. Bobby Gupta, CEO - NINE FM.

The blood donation camp was organized under the expert supervision of health officials of The Rotary Club of Siliguri  Volunteers started pouring in right from the morning  Mr. Sudip Martin Sinha and Mrs. Celin Seema Sinha were the first donors to arrive at the camp  The entire NINE family took part too.

NINE on 91.9 FM is a Private FM Radio Station with one station in Siliguri and one in Gangtok  Playing only the latest hits, NINE has carved out a niche for themselves as being North Bengal & Sikkim's only modern & contemporary station  Besides infotaining the listeners, NINE also takes it social responsibilities very seriously.
