MUMBAI: As a part of the celebrations of Family Day across its 17 stations, 94.3 MY FM planned a special initiative today where the MY FM Family got together and celebrated this special day with its listeners on-air. The RJs of MY FM brought their family members to interview them on air and talk about the fun times they have shared. Listeners also called in and sent SMSes sharing what is special about their family. The SMSes and calls were taken on-air on MY FM as a part of the dedication to the day. Based on the listeners' responses, MY FM RJs shortlisted the best entries and visited their families on Family Day. Each of the 17 MY FM stations had hundreds of entries for the contest and in each city the most interesting Family was declared as the Best Family of the City and awarded exciting gifts.

Speaking about the humble yet heart-warming celebrations, 94.3 MY FM's Chief Operating Officer – Mr. Harrish M Bhatia said, We all like to celebrate the important things in Life and at MY FM we wanted to give our listeners a chance to embrace and celebrate with their families on the occasion of Family Day. MY FM is involved in the everyday lives of its listeners and this occasion was celebrated with a lot of joy and warmth. We also wanted our RJs and their families to be a part of the celebration.
