MUMBAI: Independent distribution company- Believe Digital is in talks with music streaming site Saavn. This will allow Believe Digital to reach out to many other regional and indie players in the future.

Believe Digital distributes in the international market for all major stores especially iTunes (including India Store), Spotify, Amazon, Deezer, Pandora and others. In India, Believe Digital works with over 50 labels including Saregama, Rajshri, Think Music, Ultra, Video Palace, Simran Music Industries. Aditya Music is the latest signing for the company. The distribution company has so far tied- up with 30 label companies in countries like Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

The company is strengthening its hold in Asia. It has signed more than 150 distribution contracts in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Philippines and Thailand.

Saavn is a digital music service available across web, Android and iOS. Saavn's catalogue includes millions of tracks across various languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, and Bhojpuri. It has over 11 million monthly users worldwide. It also has ad-free and offline subscription services called ‘Saavn Pro'.
