MUMBAI: Atlantic A&R SVP Steve ‘Stevo’ Robertson, will resume his A&R activities from Nashville, as he re-locates himself from his previous base in Orlando, Florida to Nashville, Tennessee. This move was made to further strengthen the A&R team at the music city-Nashville.

Robertson will continue to be based in the Warner Music Nashville offices and will operate and continue focussing on the signing and development of rock and pop artists. The timing of the move is associated with Atlantic’s move to further expand its A&R presence in music centres across the globe.

Atlantic chairman and CEO Craig Kallman and A&R head and EVP Pete Ganbarg said, "As the incredibly vibrant Nashville scene continues to diversify, Stevo's roots in the South make him the perfect guy to be Atlantic's eyes and ears in the city's rich and expanding world outside of country music.”

Before joining Atlantic in 1997, Robertson spent four years as assistant program director/music director at Orlando, Florida radio station WJRR. His first post at the label was as the director of A&R, and later made senior director, VP and finally promoted as SVP.
