MUMBAI: Multi-Platinum singer-songwriter Justin Bieber’s brand new single, ‘What Do You Mean’ has conquered charts across the globe, reaching number one on iTunes in more than 75 countries (including India) shortly after its worldwide release. The arrival of ‘What Do You Mean’ caps a hugely successful viral 30 day Instagram countdown and Twitter lyric reveal campaign, garnering over a 100 million impressions.

The lyric video for ‘What Do You Mean’ featuring professional skater Ryan Sheckler, premiered on YouTube today as well.

Bieber’s performance this Sunday night at the 32nd annual MTV VMAs spectacular will kick off a long-range, multi-tiered media campaign in support of ‘What Do You Mean’. Next Wednesday night, 2nd September, Bieber will appear on NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. That will be the prelude to his week-long takeover of NBC’s The Today Show starting Monday, 7th September, climaxing with live perform­ances on Thursday and Friday, 10-11th September.
