What message do you want to convey to Indian consumers about Sennheiser?

My purpose in travelling to India is to study and spread the word about the progress I've seen since my previous visit. In the field of audio, Sennheiser brand in India has advanced professionally. Success is said to occur when opportunity and preparation come together, and the level of preparation in India has truly blown everyone away. This is something I've noticed in our brand series.

Feedback on Sennheiser's recent product introductions.

This is a crucial component because Sennheiser Wireless is transitioning to digital. It has never been more crucial to be able to digitally control and manage wireless systems. I have to give credit to the crew here in India, feedback is quite humbling. They have done an outstanding job. The largest complaint is "we want more," so please deliver more swiftly as a result of the enormous demand, which is evidence of our industrial relationship in India. The comments have been a testament to the individuals as well as the quality of the goods.

Competitors of Sennheiser.

I think competition is good because it improves products for customers, which is all we are here to do. We invest a lot more time, effort, money, and resources in understanding our customers. In order to ensure that the solutions we offer meet the expectations of our end customers, a portion of my job involves listening and learning, surveying the market, and using those market insights.

What direction do you believe the audio business is going? Are you going to incorporate new technology?

We can plainly see that the future will be digital, and we are currently through a digital revolution. We see a future where compatibility of cross brands will be essential.

Sennheiser's long-term goals.

It closely relates to social responsibility. We consider social responsibility when developing our products, therefore upcoming developments will provide a framework for our social obligation. The next product that we will launch will show the industry how we can reimagine what we do. We would also like to continue to expand in India. This country is a center of our sights. We would like to develop our customer intimacy, we want to continue to listen, deliver solutions to our customers and do underline partnerships.

Development of products w.r.t creators.

Firstly we introduced the USB profile microphone. The Profile USB mic simplifies the sound recording process by requiring only a single connection. We are unveiling a new evolution of wireless digital solutions for content creators that include YouTubers, vloggers, anyone can use the multichannel wireless onboard and have access to the solutions they need.

We have a responsibility to educate the manufacturers and distributors. We must spend some time educating the end user about the solution the brand offers to the customers, its potential benefits and drawbacks, as well as its value proposition.
