Radio One launches 'One Bengaluru One Music'

BANGALORE: Radio One launched the â€?One Bengaluru One Music' offering in the garden city of Bangalore today. Noted beatboxer Shlomo on India tour

MUMBAI: One of the world's most renowned beatboxer, Shlomo is all set on a India tour in September with gigs in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi, wherein he will collaborate with some of India's musicians. Shlomo has performed all over the world at the biggest festivals and events including Glastonbury, Bestival and Big Chill. Vikas Varma quits MTV

MUMBAI: Barely nine months after joining MTV India as creative and content head, Vikas Varma has quit the company. When contacted, MTV spokesperson said, "Due to personal reasons, Varma has opted to end his assignment with MTV as head of creative and content. He shall, however, continue to be associated with the channel as a consultant for select programming ideas." Till the channel gets his replacement, MTV SVP – marketing and sales Aditya Swamy, will be looking after creative and content, in addition to his current responsibilities.
