MUMBAI: BIG FM retains the top position in Mumbai with another 0.1% rise in share by 0.1%, resulting to 18.5 per cent, and T.S.L. of 6.23 at the end of the Week 07. BIG FM continues to lead Radio City as the best performer in the city. After a disappointing Week 06, Radio City gained some momentum with shares rising from 15.8 per cent to 16.4 per cent, and the T.S.L. from 5.01 to 5.32. The Week 07 figures for Radio City helped the radio station retain the second position. Fever FM regained the third position with shares dropping from 15 per cent to 14.3 per cent, and T.S.L of 7.06 (highest in the city). Radio Mirchi (13.2 per cent shares) and Red FM (11.2 per cent) follow Fever FM at the fourth and fifth positions respectively, whereas Oye! FM (3.2 per cent) retains last week's position.
In Delhi, Fever FM retained the top spot and the shares from the previous week with 19 per cent, however, the T.S.L rose from 4.41 to 4.54. Radio Mirchi, retaining the second spot, ended the Week 07 with the shares of 13.7 per cent, and T.S.L of 3.35. Radio City finished the week at the third position with 11.8 per cent of shares. Following closely, with 11.7 per cent shares and T.S.L. of 3.4, BIG FM climbed to the fourth position. Red FM (shares- 10.9 per cent), Oye! FM (shares- 6.8 per cent) finish the week at fifth and sixth positions, respectively. Hit FM (shares- 3.7 per cent) finish at the bottom of the chart.
In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi continues to dominate with shares of 18.5 per cent and T.S.L of 4.27. After a brief slump, BIG FM's shares grew with latest week's figure show 15.4 per cent shares, and T.S.L. of 5.2, thus ensuring the second position in the city. Fever FM finished Week 07 at the third position with shares of 15.2 per cent and T.S.L rising from 5.27 to 5.47. Red FM made a significant climb in the chart with 9.3 per cent shares. Aamar FM (shares - 9.3 per cent), Oye FM (9.2 per cent) finished the week at fifth and sixth positions. Friends FM (4.4 per cent) Power FM (2.9 per cent) fall at the bottom of the chart at the end of the Week 07.
Maintaining the stat of the radio station with the highest T.S.L (10.2) in the country, Radio City Bengaluru finished the sixth week with 23.1 per cent shares. Big FM retained the second position in Bengaluru with the shares of 21.3 per cent and T.S.L of 8.4. Radio Mirchi (shares - 15.4 per cent), Fever FM (14.1 per cent), and Red FM (5.2 per cent) finished the week at third, fourth and fifth positions respectively. Radio Indigo recorded the lowest per cent of shares in the city (1.9) and T.S.L of 3.1.
