MUMBAI: We are back with the data of Top 10 brands, categories and advertisers that made their way into 93 radio stations in 18 cities. The analysis is divided as 1 to 15 July in first half of the month and 16 to 30 in the second.
The data taken under analysis is by AdEx India (a division of TAM Media Research).
To begin with the brands, four of them made an entry in the second half of the month. The brands are namely Department of Income Tax, Ministry of Women and Child Department, Jio Phone and Ministry of Power, while Ministry of Health and Family Welfare maintained its first position the entire month.

In the top advertisers list, there were around seven new advertisers that made entry in the second half of the month. The brands are namely - Department of Income Tax, Google, Ministry of Woman and Child Development, Reliance Jio Information Communication Ltd, Vishnu packaging, One97 Communications Ltd and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Last but not the least is the top categories of ads on radio. Interestingly, the categories did not change the entire month instead of the ninth position which was Hospital and Clinics in the first half of the month and was replaced by Retail Outlets- Electronic/Durables.

MUMBAI: Google just made an announcement that can make YouTubers a bit poorer in India and other regions. The search giant in an email to all YouTubers informed that it will be “required to deduct U.S. taxes from payments to creators outside of the US”.
