MUMBAI: Music major T-Series has hit back at filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma by filing an FIR against him in Delhi, accusing him of fraud and criminal breach of trust, the latest in a long chain of claims and counter claims that both have been involved in for the last few months.

The film will hit the floors soon, say industry sources.The two were recently turned down by Vishesh Films for the sequel of Raaz, music for which had been composed by them. Pritam has now been finalised for the same. Talking about the music for Bhagnanis film, Shravan says, We are elated. Since the film features Govinda, the music will be chirpy and peppy. Soon we will start work on it.
