MUMBAI: One radio entry has been shortlisted at the Spikes Asia Festival this year, while a total of 74 entries from the country have made it across 10 categories. The sole radio entry from India out of the 31 radio shortlists was Leo Burnett Mumbai's 'Punishment' for Strand Book Stall.

AEG was promoting 'This Is It' series of 50 concerts in London, which were cancelled when Jackson died due to Propofol intoxication during rehearsals. AEG had filed the claim against insurer Lloyd's of London for its concert-related losses in 2009.

The recommendations were given over a year earlier.
